What events are planned for the weekend?
On June 6, we would love to see you at our come and go welcome party at Hyatt Ziva. On
June 7, all male guests are invited to golf with the groom. Also on June 7, all guests are welcome to meet the bride and other guests at the pool. In the evening on June 7, we would love everyone to join us at our rehearsal dinner at the Hyatt Ziva adult pool. On June 8, join us for our wedding ceremony and reception at Hyatt Ziva's Cortez Beach. Please plan accordingly for the beach wedding. We recommend sandals or bare feet!
What should I wear to the wedding?
The wedding will be on the beach in June, so plan accordingly! Beach hats and sunglasses are welcomed for the ceremony. Beach wedding attire for men and women includes bright colors and patterns (think florals), lightweight fabrics and fun accessories. Men, please wear a button down and pants (loafers or bare feet! and rolled up sleeves are perfect too). There will be a place to leave your shoes before stepping on the sand.
Because our bridal party will be wearing blue, we ask that you do not wear blue (or white ;)) to the wedding. While your dress should be beach chic/glam, you should not wear heeled shoes. Please plan for flat sandals, low heels/wedges or bare feet. There will be a place to place your shoes before the evening begins.
What is Beach Chic?
Beach chic is how we have defined the attire for the rehearsal dinner. For women, beach chic includes sundresses, maxi dresses or rompers. For men, Hawaiian shirts or collared shirts and khaki or linen pants are appropriate.
When is check in/out at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos?
Check in is at 3 p.m. and check out is at noon. The resort is flexible so if you get there earlier or need to leave later, they will hold luggage and still let you access the resort until your shuttle picks you up.

What kind of shoes should I wear to the weekend's events?
For women, heels, sandals or wedges are appropriate for the welcome party and rehearsal dinner. For the wedding (ceremony and reception) we recommend short heels or sandals with the plan of going barefoot after the ceremony. The event will be on the beach! For men, loafers or anything easy to slide on and off are recommended.
